SCI Real Estate was founded in 1957 by brothers Joseph and Anthony Sileno. After WWII, Joseph and Anthony started building single-family homes in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. They eventually expanded into other forms of real estate and developed a loyal following of customers.

The company is currently run by Joseph’s sons Jim Sileno and John Sileno and Anthony’s son Tony Sileno. Joseph’s oldest son Joseph Sileno Jr. passed away in 1997.

• Jim Sileno is President of the company in charge of operations, brokerage services and new development.
• John Sileno is Senior Vice-President in charge of construction and property management.
• Tony Sileno is Vice-President and Director of Operations for the hospitality division.
