Overlook Lake Apartments
Overlook Lakes is a luxury apartment community located on the edge of Whitnall Park in Greendale.
As you drive into Overlook Lakes you will notice a serene park setting; you will also notice one hundred year old Oak trees and a limestone quarry that will remind you of Greendale's past.
At Overlook Lakes, we offer two bedroom and two bath luxury apartments; several styles include a den or a gas fireplace. The amenities include a private entrance, attached garage, a full size washer and dryer, a self-cleaning oven, a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, central air conditioning and window blinds.
We offer seven different floor plans to choose from. Our rental rates start at $1,025 per month. We require a one-year lease and sorry NO PETS are allowed.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Sunday from 1 to 4 PM.

Serafino Square
 Serafino Square is a 300 unit apartment complex in the heart of Wauwatosa, offering luxurious one and two bedroom apartments adjacent to a golf course and Mayfair Mall; featuring heated pool, sauna, exercise room, clubhouse, underground parking and locked lobby in a beautiful parkway setting. Planned social activities are another of our added features.
We offer a variety of different floor plans to choose from. Our rental rates range from $820
for a one-bedroom, $970 for a one-bedroom plus den, up to $1,065 for a two-bedroom apartment, per month. We require a one-year lease and sorry, NO PETS are allowed.
Models are open Mon. through Fri. from 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Sunday from 1 to 4 PM.
