Four Winds West will be an architecturally controlled subdivision in the heart of the Lake Country area. It is conveniently located adjacent to Swallow Elementary and Arrowhead High School. Each lot will include sanitary sewer and municipal water, paved streets with curb and gutter, sidewalks, underground electric, natural gas, telephone and cable services.
Four Winds West homes must be a minimum of 2600 square feet for a two story and 2250 square feet for a one story excluding living area in lower or basement level. Only materials such as solid wood, concrete siding, stone, brick, or EFIS will be allowed on exterior walls. All building plans, architectural details and house location will need approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). No outbuildings or above ground pools will be permitted. Each lot owner is required to purchase and install a specific lamp & post and mailbox set. Additional requirements involving specific construction details will be provided at time of purchase.
